Welcome to Facebook or MySpace

Here it is-
Two equally easy and efficient blog sites, but why the difference in popularity? Both have local and international features and are free so which one is the better choice? First off theses networks are for people to interact socially in a friendly and secure environment. Once login is complete, a user may browse the network to look at posted sites of others who wished to express themselves. One might see art, poetry letters novels music, and the list goes on.

Originally when The Facebook homepage was launched on February 4, 2004, Facebook login was restricted to students of Harvard alone. Mark Zuckerberg a Harvard graduate is the creator with support from Andrew McCollum and Eduardo Saverin. As time and the company grew,  the gates were opened up to a broader range ultimately leading to anyone with a valid e-mail address. The scene on Facebook seems to be more students who are looking for a way to keep in contact and easily show their friends pictures through Facebook photos and jokes and videos of their recent experiences through separate applications off their home profile.

Myspace seems to be the choice of more independent musicians, independent filmmakers and up and coming comedians who upload songs, short films and other works directly onto their profile. The layout for myspace has made it one of the most popular English-language websites abroad. The headquarters are in Los Angeles, but originated in New York City.
